Anyone else crave that “barre blend” burn?! I’m adding barre as a supplemental workout to MBF/MBFA because 6 weeks without it was too much! Feels soooo good and booty/leg changes for days!

  • Excited to get started! February was a rough month for me.. put on 5lbs from being out of my normal routine. Lots of boredom eating, and indulging in foods that I knew would bring back that 5lbs! Looking forward to doing this together. This is my fourth diet bet, and these groups always get me back on track with my eating! I’ll be following MBF/MBFA ..but since this is Elise’s DietBet, I’ll be sure to add in some barre blend too!! 💕 looking forward to seeing what other people may post for healthy meals too! Need some new ideas ????
