Non-scale victory of the week!
My nsv was this week even tho I was super busy I still managed to move my body!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I definitely think my eating could have been better. I did do a lot of tasting things I should not have.

My main goal for next week is food and exercise. I want more white meats and veggies and to make sure I feel my work outs.
