Keep shooting towards a goal of around 170 by the end of 2020!!!! Thanks diet bet for always getting me back on track! i started this joruney over 200 lbs around the first of the year, now I’ve taken a little more than 20 lbs off!!!!! you’re that extra push that I needed!
