Hard boiled eggs, vital proteins collagen peptides, premier protein shakes, built bars, cottage cheese, turkey breast, baked chicken, black beans, almonds, tuna, yogurt

String cheese, Greek yogurt, Chomps stick, proteins bars for snacks. I recently increased my serving sizes of protein at my meals, so a bit more chicken, turkey , salmon... so long as they are lean sources.

    Was going to make bean and cheese bombs (off of felicias page) tonight, but wanted something more. So I threw together this taco pizza! & I think I might add these to my meal rotation.
    Made with:
    2 ingredient dough
    No fat refried beans
    Morning star meat crumbles
    Fat free cheddar
    wholly guacamole
    Light sour cream
    Taco seasoning & hot sauce

Hey Plantpower, it has been really active. I like the vibe. A lot of ppl post their post workout pics, meals, workout tips etc... I really like it


I had done a large one a few years back like that. Your payout is even less than other games because people are more determined. They all want a chance at the pot. I think it was 225 vs a usual like 300.

Things people forget is that this is a game. When it comes down to it. So in order for a good payout, more people need to not reach goal. So while it's good to be in those big games, not if people are determined. Hahaha.

I sis too! But I am determined I have already started seeing a difference since January 3. My habits I have gotten better the last three days consistently. I plan on that for the rest of this week, then the month, and then during this challenge!

  • Feeling really bad today. I have been having a hard time saying no to things. I know it’s easy to think “I am going to be looking and feeling my best if I say no right now” but it’s more difficult than it seems. With the holidays and stress and stuff I have not been able to say no to bad foods and alcohol in abundance. How do y’all get through it? Half of my comment just didn’t post. The last thing I wanted to share was something I learned last year doing Whole 30. Don’t tell yourself that you can’t have the cupcake, just tell yourself that you can have it later. Somehow that helps.


Also check out alternatives to alcohol. We have been drinking Kin Euphorics. Check them out online. I’ve been really pleased! It’s definitely a treat.
