Non-scale victory of the week!

This week has been way more challenging. I haven’t lost a single lb, but gained 1.5 lbs. This competition is over in less than a week, so I need to very careful.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lots of compliments rolling in about the weight loss. Glad others can see the efforts

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resisting the candy and sugary items. It drastically challenged my weight loss. I was on a roll of losing 5lbs a week. Now it’s taken me 2 weeks to lose the 5 lbs.
