even through my foot pain worked to get as many steps in daily and getting fresh air daily.

Drinking my 150 ounce goal a day of water. Doing my gentle rehab exercises for my knee for healing. And drinking a minimum of 1 16 0z glass of apple cider vinegar, lemon, sea salt.
