Non-scale victory of the week!

Didn't have to worry about overeating was at my soon-to-be mother-in-law's and I can't stand her food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have stopped at 1 glass of punch. But I love Sherbert wedding punch.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Stress eating. I learned that I comfort myself with food. The last diet I was on was very hard because I was getting frustrated at work and just wanted to eat
