Non-scale victory of the week!

I did more weight lifting and I was able to reach 10 more pounds on each exercise

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was dipping in the chocolate, donuts and snacks at work. I need to choose wisely

food was hard to resist, but I was able to do the monkey bars for the first time at Crunch to the 3rd marker. I meal prepped for the week and last week too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I was snacking on the prepped food yesterday because it was carb heavy. minimize snacking.
