DB don't get all of that 25%. The DB host gets a percentage, and all those referees have to be paid and then there are the platform costs.

$23,000 still seems too high of a percentage. 10-15% seems more reasonable

  • Can’t believe the scale actually showed my goal weight! This one was hard and I’m learning to love the non scale victories. We must not give up when the scale is all over the place! Especially those of us in our 40s and up! Weight loss is hard as hell. Congrats to everyone who hit their goal and for those who didn’t...don’t give up! Keep on keeping on. ♥

  • I’m about to throw the damn scale out the window! Goal met over a week ago...back up. Hormones are lame! Scale victories are hard the older you get!
    Oh well...I am where I’m supposed to be. NSVs: sweat dripping down my face and bod from week 4 cardio, water and nutrition on par. Few more days! Let’s see what happens!

I started 18:6 in February. I wanted to be more intentional/planned with my eating and it's helped me with that. Additionally, I think it's cut out some of my extra snacking even though I eat B, L, and D in my 8 hour eating window. In the morning, I drink hot water with lemon instead of my coffee and have responded really well to something that I thought I'd never give up. I get in about a gallon of water before I even have my first cup of coffee now. I use Fastic app, that a better mentioned on chat in Feb. For me, I
IF reduces stress--but others don't have the same experience. Good luck!

  • TGIF! And that’s a wrap on Phase 3! Phase 4 begins on Monday and I know it’s TOUGH! But I can do this. I feel so much stronger this third round. Case in point: I didn’t check my watch at all this morning to see if the workout was coming close to the end! Anyone else do that? Keep double checking how many more minutes they need to keep pushing? 🙋??? Totally guilty of that. And that’s okay! It makes it all that much sweeter to celebrate the moments you’re surprised it’s time for the cool down.

    I hope y’all are ending this week on a high that carries you to Monday!

Um, I’m sure you will laugh, but I do this during the 10 minute enhancements. Was doing my fifth enhancement today and checked and I was only three minutes in :laughing:
