Non-scale victory of the week!
I had to pretty much fast the last two days to make my weight which is not ideal. This time however I will not go crazy on carbs afterwards and lose much of the work I did. I started another DietBet today so no cheat day like before.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have definitely been more serious about the weight loss up front. I usually don't have a problem losing weight so even though I was conscious the whole time about being on a diet, I said have focused more on being consistent rather than scrambling at the end.

Start off this new DietBet right by planning for 4 pounds lost this next week. I will also start including some calesthenics and some walking into my weekly regiment.
