Happy allllmost weekend!
I want to challenge you this weekend. I'm off on a little staycation, so things will be a little tougher for me than they usually are. So, with that said - I'd love to challenge you all to join me in drinking at least 100 oz of water a day and 3-4 fruits and veggies.
Weekend challenges are something I do often to keep myself motivated throughout the harder days of the week (the weekend excitement always gets me!). What are some little tips and tricks you use to keep you moving forward?
