Non-scale victory of the week!

The week started out pretty rocky… I started my cycle and naturally went right for the chocolate. However on Tuesday I received my sweet defeat spray. I started using it on Wednesday and noticed a quick shift from my sweet tooth. Needless to say I threw away the box of brownies

the water increase makes a difference. I also started taking fiber.

poor habits are hard to change and take much discipline, which I feel I lack. Unhealthy foods are easily accessible and more cost effective.
