Non-scale victory of the week!
The week started out pretty rocky… I started my cycle and naturally went right for the chocolate. However on Tuesday I received my sweet defeat spray. I started using it on Wednesday and noticed a quick shift from my sweet tooth. Needless to say I threw away the box of brownies
