What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I think the most challenging part is having patience with myself during the process. It can be challenging to not get discouraged when the scale isn’t moving quickly enough, but you’re staying consistent. I’m learning to love myself along the journey and establishing good habits though.
