Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a cold water dip yesterday. We had to break through the ice and it was fantastic!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't get donuts yesterday. I watched my calorie intake and kept it withing my goal range most days

I could have been more strict all days instead of most. I could have worked out more
