Non-scale victory of the week!
We were displaced for a few days due to wildfires and we still stuck with our plan!! somehow we managed to stay under 60 net carbs and 100g of protein per day even while evacuated. The scale hasn’t moved so much but I can see the difference in the way my clothes fit now. I’m finally starting to feel like myself again and not like a blob.
