I’ve joined this DietBet so that I have a strict goal to push for, at least temporarily, to get the ball rolling again. From Jan 2020 to Oct 2020 I lost 45lbs with intermittent fasting and exercise, but between Nov and now I’ve gained back 25lbs! My clothes don’t fit anymore, my knees hurt, and self loathing is setting in. I’m SO mad that I let myself slip up like this and lost a lot of the progress that I worked so hard for. I’ve been intermittent fasting again for just over a week now and I will start tracking my calories today. I’m in it to win it this round, and I hope you are too!
