Scale isn't moving fast. Started the 3 day refresh today so I can meet my goal and continue to go strong from there! There are almost no jubky snacks left in the house and I don't intend to buy any more!

I feel like a bad ass :sunglasses: today I did week 3 phase 2 workout 4 . I have been adding at least 2 10 min abs to my weekly workouts. Yoga on my free days to stretch and foam rolling. My body feels Weird if I don’t do a little something to move it. :heart:

  • I lost my fur baby yesterday and filled my head with all the excuses I could come up with and they won this morning but I turned it around and got in Tabata cardio!

I plan to eat the same breakfast all week, prep lunches for work and rotate dinners! The consistent breakfast has been great and I look forward to the FFC in the morning!
