I had 3 great days, and 4 not so great. my 3 good days I did everything right. I need to get back to that.

stayed on track. I completely derailed starting on Thursday. I hate plans changing

hiked 5ish miles with James. I didn't have to stop and take breaks, didn't get out of breath!

I felt so much better in my clothes! I planned for food issues at Janaes bridal shower, and was so happy to have snacks to get me through.

my activity level was not good this week. I had very little motivation to get moving.
