Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I eat fairly healthy (but indulge once in a while) and exercise 4-5 times per week I can’t seem to get the number on the scale to go down more than 3 or 4 pounds and it always comes back on and continues to fluctuate very frustrating I was a dancer before I had kids and I don’t even recognize my body anymore
