only missed one day of morning workouts and made up for it on the next day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

diet was off again. carbs a bit higher than needed. I was menstrual and had a sweet tooth

went on 2 day vacation to a socially distancing off the grid Beach and I worked out every morning and still kept the carbs down a little

I'm on a roll.. ran Friday and again today. I also did 10 minutes of calisthenics yesterday and today. Car s were a bit higher than I'd like yesterday but better than last week.
