Calm my nerves down, I was struggling losing weight this round. I am happy I was able to maintain my weight and because I was flopping around the scale.

Started a my new program full force, it hasn’t been easy. But fitting into my favorite bell bottom jeans again HELLZZZ YEAHHH!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resisting a few less Valentine’s Day Chocolates but I accounted for it with containers/calories and exercise.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was in all star game mode resisting tempting food was easy. I had zero interest in all cheese, Italian, and carbs I was making for my family this past month LOL. Flavor God spices also helped me along that road!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Got in more exercise, but with this realization that's what I will strive for this month. Never give up, take each day at a time!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Thanksgiving broke me. Thyroid results showed my levels are still working against me still since May. This is the 4th time in 6months getting my dosage/medication adjusted or all together changed. Knowing my levels are in a good spot and won't be, if they even will be, for another 6-8weeks makes me not even want to try. It feels like a constant losing battle.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eating any pie and not trying my mashed potatoes at all.

Starting a new ADD medication. After that focusing on working to be able to make time for ME and fitting in exercise.
