Non-scale victory of the week!
Doing fairly well at sticking to the diet. Haven't been counting/tracking, but for the most part eating well and avoiding carbs.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Could have been tracking, and done a little better with keeping on top my electrolytes. Also could have done some exercise.

Get in some light exercise, keep on top of electrolytes. Bonus points if I do some tracking or some fasting.
