The struggle to lose more weight after keto is real. Not sure how to proceed and prevent gaining

Finally bought a new belt but feels like a start over because I’m at the very beginning of the belt instead of end due to new size

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I stopped doing keto so I fear the weight is going to come back on. Already 5 pounds in 1 week.

Giving up keto was hard because it was working. But my overall health was not so I need to find a new path. I’m hoping low fat low cal works as well to at least maintain and lose a little each week
