Non-scale victory of the week!
I don’t think I’ve had one just yet :p but I’m proud of myself for sticking with it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I adjusted well- like I wasn’t tracking calories the first few days and that didn’t seem to work- so I changed and I’m tracking now!
