met my goals, back in pool after two weeks due to injury, hematoma is still as big as my hand, slowly resolving

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am still here, I did not break any bones with my horrible fall. After a5 days of icing my huge hematoma, I am now using heat. 5x6” hematoma on hip. Bruising from knee to hip, all the way across my buttocks to front of thigh down to my knee. needless to say, no exercise.

Not giving in to emotional eating.

I am back on track for food and water. I am blessed to have a pool and will start bak with gentle exercise and see how the rest of the week goes.

BLT: bites, licks, tastes a few to many. Mental Brattleboro regarding resenting people eating the usual Christmas fare.

Stay with the plan. Continue journal and add nutrient breakdown each day and what I learned from that day with a plan for the next day. Start mentally preparing for surgery in two weeks.

Going through a pile of “skinny” clothes and finding out they are to big and are now going to donnation box!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Plateau all week until today. Memtal battle to keep the faith. Need more confidence in program- it works.
