I am still here, I did not break any bones with my horrible fall. After a5 days of icing my huge hematoma, I am now using heat. 5x6” hematoma on hip. Bruising from knee to hip, all the way across my buttocks to front of thigh down to my knee. needless to say, no exercise.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not giving in to emotional eating.
