Good luck to all submitters! I did not meet my goal, as I started the month off with shingles. Although I ate my best for that first couple of weeks while I was on meds, I gained weight from the steroid I was on for inflammation. It's not an excuse and I could have done better, but it wasn't the December I had in mind. Hopefully my next one will have results.
- I'm working hard to make my goal this time. I may make it, I may not... what I do know is that either way I am consistently making progress and proud of myself. Not making this won't set me back, it just helps me to work harder next time. I'm proud of how far I've come.

I’ve gotten sidelined with COVID. No idea where i got it because I don’t go anywhere except grocery store and always wear a mask. (Although so many people don’t return the favor) I’m in isolation and have to eat whatever my husband put on the stairs. I feel like a prisoner. Three meals a day pushed under the bars. So I’ve kind of given up on this game. Ten days in and I’m too weak to do much and breathing is a challenge. My sincere wish is that all of you will stay safe and healthy. This is no joke.
I am 3.1 lbs away from my goal! Only 8 days left to reach it. 😩 Give me your best tips! Can I do it?

After being sick all last week and unable to workout, and eating just to get food in me, I was diagnosed with shingles. One of the meds I was put on is a steroid that has caused me to gain weight in the past. I'm going to do my best this time to NOT gain weight by doing veggies most, getting my water in, and being very meticulous about what I eat. I have back pain from them, so doing much activity will be tough... which stinks because I was active 5-6 days a week! Hopefully I'll be able to meet my goal still, but we'll see.
