Non-scale victory of the week!

cut out alcohol during the week, resisted sweets at work, planned ahead so that I had healthy snacks, chose veggies over other sides

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not had as much alcohol(or none) over the weekend. I also ate Torchy’s with chips and QUESO, and sourdough bread, which weren’t great choices

Exercise 5 days this week(even if it’s just walking, stay veggies most, keep alcohol consumption down because I feel and sleep better without it
