    Full disclosure.. I didn’t win ... I have 2.5 lbs short ... but it’s ok. You guys had be accountable during so many celebrations and stressors this month that I didn’t gain through !! That’s a huge win my eyes !!!

    I have decided to host a December game that’ll start Next Monday Dec 7th !! If you’re looking for another 4 weeks of accountability and support I would love to have you !!!

I just made cauliflower bites in the air fryer! Kind of like Buffalo bites but with cauliflower and omg amazing! My favorite meal prep for work though is turkey sausage with peppers and onions!
