Non-scale victory of the week!

I finally found the motivation to return to my healthy lifestyle. I made it to the gym for 45 minutes on the Arc Trainer and i chose to eat at home for Taco Tuesday in order to have more control over my calories.

Went to Tybee and didn't have EtOH. I started making better food choices overall. it's a beginning to getting back to a healthier lifestyle.

I worked out 7 consecutive days!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had to do some fasting leading up to the weigh in. while I am proud of the will power and perseverance that I am capable of I would be more impressed with consistency that would make these things unnecessary.

I started keto diet Feb 19. I'm good at limiting carbs, but go over on protein every day. I've also been eating a little more calories on this regimen.

A coworker whom I don't see often noticed that I've lost some weight.

I haven't been as consistent with my nutrition as when I started the challenge. I really blew it Christmas morning (in comparison).
