I still have a couple pounds to lose in this diet bet but after 3 months of hard work, I tried on my “skinny” jeans stashed away on the top shelf and they are too big!!! NSV’s are AMAZING!

  • TGIF! And that’s a wrap on Phase 3! Phase 4 begins on Monday and I know it’s TOUGH! But I can do this. I feel so much stronger this third round. Case in point: I didn’t check my watch at all this morning to see if the workout was coming close to the end! Anyone else do that? Keep double checking how many more minutes they need to keep pushing? 🙋??? Totally guilty of that. And that’s okay! It makes it all that much sweeter to celebrate the moments you’re surprised it’s time for the cool down.

    I hope y’all are ending this week on a high that carries you to Monday!

I’m on my third round, but if I miss a day...repeat a week! Lol. With all the hybrids, sometimes I have a little Barre Blend ADHD


Um, I’m sure you will laugh, but I do this during the 10 minute enhancements. Was doing my fifth enhancement today and checked and I was only three minutes in :laughing:

  • Ahh I think my kids broke my scale! They were having too much fun in the bath and flooded the bathroom lol. Now my scale is acting crazy! I wanted a new one but was afraid of not weighing on this one for the DietBet.
    Anyway any recommendations for a new one?

If it's battery operated, take out battery and allow to completely dry. Replace with a new battery. Best wishes!

I agree with others that are saying it’s probably related to water weight. Also possibly hormones for a time of the month? Just stay consistent with your workout and nutrition, you can do it!


Keep going, your weight can fluctuate with hormones/ cycle. Drink lots of water. You still have time.
