I keep seeing a lot of people post about how they’re meeting their goal and next goal all at one time idk if you guys know that you can be disqualified from the transformer for losing to much weight to soon I’d just hate to see anyone work really hard and then get disqualified for losing to much

Good point, but I think there's a good amount of cushion there. I think there are algos that pick up on unusual weight loss rates and such, but as far as pure amount of weight loss, very few of us are likely to get into danger of exceeding that.

Most of the veterans know you can easily lose the 8% in the first 2 months. It's keeping it off and surpassing that that is the real battle. I've never even come close to disqualification in all my 5 years of Dietbetting.

I am only changing eating habits. I never stick with working out and feel like the only way I am ever going to lose weight and keep it off is through food.

I have a 2.5 month old that doesn’t sleep, so I have ZERO energy or time for working out. I’m focusing solely on food intake. And I imagine it won’t be just for the first month of this challenge. It’s definitely teaching me to stay disciplined and focused.
