Good morning,

75% of Goal! Ya-hoo!!!

I knew joining this DietBet went against the norm during the holidays, but I need real change!

Yesterday was a rest day but I was intentional about what I ate.

Breakfast: Oatmeal and Fresh Fruit
Lunch & Dinner: Fish Taco Bowl, Garden Salad without Salad Dressing

Snack: None

Water Intake: 72 oz

Exercise: 90 Wall Pushups

Yalda, that is not 90 straight. I do 15 as part of habit stacking. Each time I use the restroom, I do 15.

Good morning! Glad Thanksgiving dinner is behind me. I was intentional not to enjoy but not over do it for the holiday. No added pounds.

40min upper body today. No running, I’m only going to focus on strength training this DietBet. I feel like I’m in the groove of things now.
