Are all of you having your post-weigh-in cheat food?

I'm SO demoralized. I worked so hard this month just to get here. My running times are getting slower. My stomach still looks fatty and I'm not sure why my body won't burn the stomach fat. Maybe it's burning muscle instead?!

I want to lose the next few pounds only if they will be fat, not muscle.

I would try more resistance workouts!

Dumb question, but are you eating too little for your excercise level? Sometimes, if you don't eat enough your body is storing the fat and burns muscle instead. Try some weight training and make sure you eat in a deficit but not too little.
