Non-scale victory of the week!

this eeek went a bit better. last week my mom and I had a fight. we haven’t spoken since. she has started moving her belongings out of the house. I think this is best for the both of us. it’s been great for my weight loss. I’m back on track. my home is cleaner than it’s been I’m years because of all her clutter is out. it’s been good

I need to eat better , I ate pizza and some other junk food last night and it’s showing on the scale. but this weight recording is later in the day and I normally weight in the morning

my sweater from the fitness store for “skinny people only” fits instead of being tight on the tummy. not my words I heard that from someone before

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

my stress has been really bad. honestly I could probably eat better. I am trying to eat more meals less junk. I’m getting there. I’ve been cooking :)
