I did it!!! My first challenge!!! I learned it’s about what you eat. I always struggled with eating. I decided to not have a cheat day (that turns into a cheat weekend) and I was able to go down and not yo-yo! Thank you! I’m definitely doing next month!

I struggle with that phenomenon too! I haven’t had any sweets since Jan 2. At some point I’m going to start having dessert once a week but I’m not going to frame it as a cheat. A planned indulgence. I’m hoping that will help me achieve that balance.
