Good morning friends!! Happy Hump Day! To make it a little more fun, we are going to do a giveaway today to help you get through your week. Today up for grabs is the Getup CBD tincture and rub! I was so proud of y’all for doing your Side Body Steam Engines yesterday!! You all are rockstars! I saw some confusion about how to count! I count both sides as one rep, but you can also count each time you go up! It’s just important that you remember which way you counted so you will count that way when you get to it next week! I add both numbers together (from my 2x90 secs), and that is my total reps! No push burpees are today, and they are my least favorite on the list! Just look for modifications Jen provides if you need them and remember this is just where you are starting! Your effort is what matters here- you are in a competition with no one but yourself! I would love to see your numbers for these below if you can throw them in with your small goal!

My small goal for this bet appears to be the common theme, I plan to substitute any craving for diet coke with water. Drink lots of water. 98 oz yesterday and about 80 so far today.

No push burpees I had 28. Definitely out of breath and out of shape.

Did you download the Getting Started guide and Workout Challenge?! We will be getting baseline numbers on the challenge movements this week so you can track your progress throughout the game! Today is Side Body Steam Engines! Jen demonstrates on videos that are linked to the pdf, so click and watch to do it properly! She also provides modifications- I know I will need to do some mods- so just do your best and let it be fun! I’ll post some vids of me doing it with you so you feel better seeing me struggle too!

In the Getting Started Guide, I mention four key areas that will maximize ANY program you are following, sleep, hydration, food tracking, and exercise! The best plan is the one that works for you, and these four things will help you to be even more successful within that plan. We will be talking about the importance of them this month and other tips to get the scale moving!

Time zone issue???


I just realized I did 3 weigh ins for 3 games . I was having a hard time getting the picture ...took forever . Only 1 picture had my word . Will the other 2 be able to use that and how ? I have been waiting about 6 hours for verification. Help

    Let’s talk comparison. I know it’s something a lot of us struggle with, especially in the weight loss community.

    “Susan lost 5 lbs this week and I only lost .5”

    And you get discouraged and wanna quit. Or you want to be more extreme with your methods. Remember every single person is different. Comparing your weight loss progress to someone else’s is completely unrealistic and is going to do nothing but discourage you.

    We all go at different places. We all have different bodies. We all workout differently, eat differently, etc etc etc. You CANT compare yourself. Focus on you, how far you’ve come and be proud instead of constantly putting yourself down.
