Non-scale victory of the week!

Since Monday I've slowly been getting back to more positive habits. NSV was sweating more than I have in a long time this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Before Monday I really over indulged and felt pretty guilty.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week felt like it was all about the scale! But I stuck it out when I could have given up. That's a victory!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Be more consistent so that I didn't have to get so intense the last day which backfired hilariously.

I want to let go only a little. Reward myself for my hard work, but then get back onto my diet plan. Moving ahead!
