Well I still have 6.3 to lose this period. Prob wont happen. Thats ok from this point on Im gonna be more focused

Most helpful thing I found to stay motivated is that this is a 6 month game, and we are only 3 months in. This game is supposed to help us make long term changes, and those changes include stalls and mess ups but it’s still so good to be able to keep your eye on the big prize lol

The past three weeks I've been preparing to put my house on the market and absolutely swamped at work so my eating and exercise have been way off track. I submitted my weight knowing I wasn't going to make it but okay with it because it's a marathon not a sprint. After I submitted my weight I had to look up what my even goal was for this round...I couldn't believe it but I hit my target exactly this morning! Not sure how that even happened but thankful the universe gave me a nice surprise after a loooong month

After falling on ice last month and getting injured, I actually gained weight this cycle 😔. All the more determined to make March happen! Congrats to everyone who made progress in February. It was a tough month!

Focus on your eating. I've had several foot/ankle surgeries in the past 18 months and am just now getting back to being able to do some walking (just sort walks) and restricted exercise. I'm down 19 pounds since Jan 1 and it has all been due to diet. You can do it!

  • This is supposed to be fat flush water. I don’t know if it really works or if it is because I have been drinking more water, but I have lost a couple pounds since drinking it! Either way, it is a tasty way to get your water!

    1/2 grapefruit
    1 tangerine
    1/2 cucumber
    A few mint leaves
    About 2 liters of water

I gained a few pounds the last few days. For sure due to snacking. I find when I workout I want to snack more so I need to make sure to keep some healthy quick snacks in the house.

Any suggestions on some healthy/quick snacks after working out? I know working out increases my appetite, but I need to make sure the calories in are less than calories out....

I love cucumbers but I really don’t enjoy eating fruit. Fruit is typically the easiest grab and go healthy snack so I need to get creative.

  • Tried a new recipe from a ww book I got the other day. Roasted cauliflower, tiny potatoes, onions, grape tomatoes and olives with a white wine vinegar and Dijon marinaded chicken. It was super easy and everyone loved the roasted veggies. Me getting through this DietBet will depend on us not getting bored with the same foods over and over. Do you have any low cal/ point marinades that are your go-to’s? We eat mostly lean proteins, not so much pork or beef.
