Non-scale victory of the week!

Not this week, but I ran a 5K last week! Haven't run in a long time! I only had to stop once during my race to adjust my shoe, otherwise I ran the whole way!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly nothing! I lost weight this week and was at the gym most days!

Get rid of that final pound and incorporate more running into my routine! I am also starting to a new weight lifting program on Monday!
