Epic fail month with the weight loss. But had much success with exercise and actual slimming down. I will be focusing on my diet again this coming month as I increased my food/caloric intake due to need as I was training to participate in the Pat Tillman’s Foundation 4.2 mile run. I completed my run on the 23rd and have now scaled back my distance. Still not discouraged!

I so feel this! I didn't make weight by along shot but have gotten a lot fitter this month, and feel amazing!!! Time to get that diet dialed in :blush:

While I imagine it's a bummer not to make weight, the sliming down party and the getting fitter is so totally where it's at for me! That's all I really want- the fitness and the firming. Great work and so totally awesome that you are seeing great success there!!!!!!!

Weigh-in submitted - no weight loss this month. ☹️ Diet was a bit less restrictive, exercise routine was on point. I have slimmed down so I’m thinking more muscle-mass; hence the no weight loss. I’m going to try intermittent fasting to try to jump-start my metabolism - not giving up, just gotta change up!!!

Intermittent fasting has been so helpful for me. I feel less bloated, more energized, and it removes my late night snacking. My advice would be to work your way up. I started with 13 hour fasting and it took me months to get to 16-18 hours. You’ve e got this!

First time wining on DietBet, I won $21! Just wanted to say how impressed I was that 60% of us won this round! It shows this method really works for motivation, I was stuck on the same weight for months before trying this! Update: I did not make my 1st round goal of losing 11 pounds, but I did lose 9.4 pounds! I started the game 2 weeks late so I wasn’t expecting to win this round. However, I am very happy with all of the healthy habits I’ve been making. Let’s keep going and keep losing weight!

This is my second time participating in DietBet. I didn’t win the first one - 1 dang pound! But I still consider it a win because I did lose 5 pounds in 30 days. I’m continuing in with this 6 month challenge because I like the motivation and support everyone provides. I feel better than I have in years! We are all in this together for our health. Stay the course, all! We got this!!!

Keep it up! I’m in the same boat. I tried a one month contest in January and just didn’t fully commit. Lost some, not enough. I went all in with this six month contest to hold myself accountable for a longer period and make this a lifestyle change!

I was one pound away on the first weigh in day.... I did a fasted 5 mile I think run and came in under the weight after! I could not believe it! I was about to start a 24 hr fast lol to hit the goal. But didn't have to. This was on a dietbet right before this one
