You're doing great! This week I've really been sticking to my goals and have been finding new ways to make this process a lifestyle change.
Pumpkin spice and whipped cream in my coffee instead of coffee creamer, choosing a small size of ice cream instead of a large, and making a Mcdonald's cheeseburger more low carb by tossing it in a salad, to name a few!

I dropped out of the 300s for the first time in 8 years! I still have a long way to go, but this was a HUGE accomplishment to me, since I weighed 345.5 three months ago. I’m focusing on mindfulness and trying to stay in the moment as much as I can, but some days it feels really good to look at the change I have made over the last couple months.

This will be my third game as a host, but I can't count how many games I've played. While I don't win them all, I can say I learn something new each time.
My goals for this game are to stay consistent with my healthy habits - 64 oz of water, 4 days of exercise, and a healthy eating balance (80/20).
You've probably heard it before, but setting SMART goals early can prove really helpful when trying to specify what you're shooting for. This method helps you get REALLY specific on what it is you want to do.
SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Based. The good news is, the time based is already covered for you throughout this game! October 11th, we're lookin' at you. 👀
