I have a rebounder but because of my knee my doctors told me I’m not allowed to use it right now. It is fun to use and you can jump on it while you’re watching TV or listening to music and you forget that you’re actually exercising. Downside is it takes quite a bit of space. But I figured with all the exercise equipment I have what’s one more piece. Once I get my knee replacement I’m considering taking my office apart. And using that room to put all the exercise equipment in one room.

I have one!! I don't do anything fancy with it and I'm too afraid to jump and hit my head on the ceiling lol. But I LOVE using it for jogging! I can get a serious power jog going while I watch TV. And my kids love just plain jumping on it of course. It technically can fold away, but I just keep mine propped up against the wall when I'm not using it.

can't deny feeling a little disappointed. My mum passed away unexpectedly so I had to travel from the US to UK for the funeral. Due to quarantine I am staying in my brothers home, not a hotel, and no scale here. Due to quarantine I cannot go out and buy a scale. Even though I have a ton of paperwork confirming the situation, I cannot be given am extension on weighing in.

Ugh... On Wednesday morning I had about 1.2kg to lose to win this round. Tough, but doable. Ate really well Wednesday and Thursday. Then I decided to have a bit of a treat on Friday, which OF COURSE turned into Saturday and Sunday, too.... Aaaand now I need to lose 4.2kg to win this round. Mostly bloating and water weight, yes, but even so. Let's go!!

I am soooo bummed....
At the beginning of the weigh in window, I was over goal by 100grams. I thought, oh well tomorrow....
Today I was a pound over goal. I have tomorrow morning as well at my time zone BUT I am working tonight until 7 am. Which means..... extra super bloated after a night shift. Which means.... I loose.
And what kills me is that on the first day I didn’t think to wear a pair of shorter leggings. That would have sorted those 100 grams out. How did I not think about it????

Haven’t made any goals yet. I’m so frustrated. In february I was diagnoses with hypothyroidsm and I went on to do additional test and I also have hormone imbalance (estrogen dominance and high cortisol levels). I feel like i’m fighting an up-hill battle. I will keep on going but I hope to get all of this sorted out so I can see some real results.

I've been taking medication for hypo for geez...15 years now? The biggest benefit is not needing to sleep so much. I used to sleep a solid 12 hrs a night. Now I'm more like 9-10. :laughing:

I’m a little disappointed that I gained a lb or two instead of hitting my goal this month. I had 3 weeks of celebrating leading up to my 50th birthday last Saturday. Back to business this month!! 😊

Easter was pretty low-key when I was growing up (we did baskets and a special meal). The only tradition I did with my daughter was making "empty tomb rolls." They're basically a cinnamon roll in a ball shape that is hollow because you bake a big marshmallow in the middle. But we won't be making them this year because my daughter can't have gluten anymore. We'll still do a basket for her and have a special meal (but without gluten or carbs)

Before I moved to Japan, I was really into all things Japanese so my mom filled my easter basket with Japanese candy :D I always appreciated her effort to personalize our gifts.
