If you follow her on Instagram she mentioned that she will post the calendar tonight. She is also going to go live once a week. This is my 3rd bet with Elise and in the last one she posted more than I could keep up with. I am not on much during the week though.

  • At the beginning of this week I was stuck for 4-5 days while doing my best, nothing different from before.. 0,2 kg above this month's goal. So frustrating!!
    Where I usually give up, I kept going. And then a huge whoosh came and my weight dropped insanely. 2.1 kgs in just 1 week!! Haven't hit that since I started. Don't give up. Don't let it all go when you hit a plateau and get stuck. If you do the same thing you did before and you lost weight then, your weight will eventually drop!!!!

    Also, work out harddd 2-3 times a week 😆 really give it my all on the elliptical💪💪but 80% of losing weight is adjusting your diet. Good luck everyone!

Get ready for the final weigh-in for Round 2! Once the round ends on Feb 28 at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Mar 2 to submit your final weight for the round. Remember that weighing in and winning each round guarantees your maximum payout at the end of the game. Even if you're not a winner, please submit your weight and photos.

Once the weigh-in period begins, you will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the game. Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and look for an email that confirms your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner for this round.

As soon as the first weigh-in is verified, it can be reused for the other bets. It has to be verified first.

Agree with what Linlin said. However if it takes a long time to verify weigh ins the word can change. I tried to use my same weigh in for a kickstarter last month. It took almost 12 hours to verify my first weigh in so the word had changed when I tried to use it for my kickstarter. Had to do two separate photos anyway and of course I weighed heavier for the 2nd one. Got lucky I was still under. Just a heads up. Might just be easier to do multiple photos to avoid the stress.

  • My scale is not budging and I still am over by 3lbs but I can feel a difference in my clothes. The husband said I'm looking "fit" so I'll take that as a win 😄

    People say I dont need to lose anymore but I'm 5'5" and at 165lbs and still in the overweight category. I struggle with binge eating and can easily gain 30lbs in a few months. My goal is to get down to 145 and stay there by practicing a healthy lifestyle and mind.
    It really isn't about being a certain size or weight for me but more so not yo yoing anymore. I feel this last time I gained 35lbs my body didnt handle it so well. I started having a lot of palpitations and currently undergoing testing 😩 I'm hoping it's nothing irreversible but it scared the ish out of me and I realized I can't do this to myself anymore.

"I'm doing it for health reasons" often gets people to back off because there could be any number of health reasons a person modifies their diet. Also, just wanted to point our that if you're using BMI as your measure if being in the overweight category, it's only accurate for a certain percent of the population. People who are muscular and have more dense bones will show as overweight even when their body fat % is not high. Find the body composition that feels good to you and forget about the weight and BMI category :)

Contact support. They have a paragraph for that if you check the rules. If it is close enough to weigh in day (I think it is) they will provide a weigh in word and you can submit via email. But contact them NOW! so you have some time to hear back and do it!


Or order a scale to come to your moms place OR weigh in a pharmacy there, if that is possible. But you need to contact support. They will not count the unofficial as there are no pictures and word.

OK apart from lots of water, any recommendations for combating extreme bloat? No idea what's caused it as i haven't eaten anything unusal. The scales have stuck at 2lb above goal. I'm determined to move them by Monday!

As a general med doctor pls dnt use diuretics if you don't need to. That increases the pressure on your perfectly healthy kidney and depletes sodium along with your water and drops your blood pressure. Be careful with those..only use it if prescribed. Keep drinking your water..very normal to bloat throughout the day but if necessary...aloe vera juice is amazing ..not tasty whatsoever ever. A shot of it in the morning on an empty stomach will help relieve bloat so well


I am a registered nurse and can’t really recommend diuretics for Someone healthy. Limit your salt intake and go for a long walk to move everything along with some water!

  • Soooooo close! 0.2 kg away from my round 2 goal. Need some serious motivation to behave this weekend... The only thing standing between me and a win is Saturday. Saturday is our “cheat day,” and the only day I drink alcohol. I’m thinking a dry Saturday may be in order. I don’t want to miss this one!
