Coat with Olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Air fry on 400 for 10-12 mins depending on thickness of salmon

For the jicama fries, I cut them first and boil them for like 20 minutes. Then I seasoned them and cook them in the air fryer at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes

  • Below 200 this morning!!!! I am so incredobly proud of myself for my 100lb weightloss and my ability to love myself more than ever. Has not always been easy but I gotta say I thought it would be a lot harder. Bought myself flowers to celebrate. Looking to drop another 70lbs. This use to feel impossible, unacheivable and a day dream. Now the last 70 seems acheivable, doable and a reality.

    If you have 5lbs or over 100lbs, let me be your proof that you can and will do it. Dream it, acheive it.

What foods do you find work best for you for weightloss?

For me, I find if I have lunch or dinner with shrimp I see the scale move downwards the next day. Last night I made a shrimp burrito bowl and saw a 1lb drop.
Base was slaw with a dressing of yogurt, lime, red wine vinegar, lemon pepper
Next layer was califlower rice cooked with cilantro, white onion, yellow pepper, cayanne pepper, oregano, smoked paprika, garlic & onion powder, s&p
Topped with poached shrimp (bring water with crushed garlic gloves to rolling bowl, remove from heat and drop in shrimp depending on size takes 5-8minutes to cook) squeeze of lime over top. Quick and easy.

@hazel at i eat a lot of plant based foods too. One thing i am confused about is how to plate it for vegan eating....what would be a ratio of chickpeas at dinner for example? I get uncertain which makes it harder me to fully commit to 100%plant based eating.

    The more healthy and delicious food you keep around, the less temping junk food cravings become.

    Try this easy recipe:

    Nacho Average Zucchini Chips:
    * Sliced Zucchini.
    * Oil Spray.
    * Spinkle Salt.
    * 1/4- 1/2 tsp chili.
    * 1 tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast.
