    Let’s talk comparison. I know it’s something a lot of us struggle with, especially in the weight loss community.

    “Susan lost 5 lbs this week and I only lost .5”

    And you get discouraged and wanna quit. Or you want to be more extreme with your methods. Remember every single person is different. Comparing your weight loss progress to someone else’s is completely unrealistic and is going to do nothing but discourage you.

    We all go at different places. We all have different bodies. We all workout differently, eat differently, etc etc etc. You CANT compare yourself. Focus on you, how far you’ve come and be proud instead of constantly putting yourself down.

  • Ghughes teriyaki chicken with zucchini and onions. Super easy and quick dinner.

    You can make it even quicker with precooked chicken and veggies that are frozen just heat them all in a pan. I like to season my veggies and chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then add in a few tablespoons of the ghughes marinade. Let it simmer for a minute, and then let it rest for a minute to congeal. Taste much better that way


    1 bite on better balance

    About 6 net carbs give or take and 270ish calories.

    ** I'm not keeping a close eye on macros at the moment. Just trying to be mindful**

  • I had some left over burger patties from dinner this week and was craving a big Mac. Big Mac salad for the win 🙌 8 points
    Dressing 3 points 💙:
    2 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/2 tbsp sweet relish no sugar, 1/2 tsp white vinegar, dash of smoked paprika, and a tiny bit of stevia. (I started with this and adjusted to taste, also might cut this in half next time because I had plenty of dressing)
    Salad:
    4 oz lean beef patty (4pts), 1 slice velveeta (1pt), onions, lettuce

  • Felicia knows, and if you follow Felicia you know that cottage cheese is amazing with everything. I take a little cottage cheese and spread it across each bite I take. I drool for these breakfast wraps now.

    This time I used 2 slices of bacon, 1 egg, onion, and half a slice of cheddar. (I ate the other half.) All wrapped in an ole extreme wellness tortilla.
    Cottage cheese on the side, and
    Coffee to drink.

    ⭐6 net carbs 256 calories⭐

    Chocolate chip muffin warmed in the microwave with 1 calorie worth of reddi whip.

    Most of you already know about these. If not you can go on the smart baking website to see other flavors. My other favorite is the banana nut muffin.
