Hey everyone! How's it going? I need some tips!! I'm 6lbs away from my goal...lovely visit from mother nature has sent my weight right back up which is so frustrating! Any tips for damage control would be massively appreciated. I doubt I'll make goal weight now but I'm sure as hell going to try!!

Did day 5, week 2, round 2 lean legs blend, then later ran a mile on the treadmill. Had a terrible day. Lost my job, newly divorced, but workouts are all I have.. (besides my 2 kids)

Alright friends!!! Day 1!! I did the new barre blend calendar I dropped in the links and it was 🔥🔥! Here is what I’ve had to eat so far today: 5:15am organic coffee blended with 1/2 tsp coconut oil // 11am shakeology (recipes in my meal plan doc). I plan to have a late lunch around 2pm- salmon & avocado sushi (light rice) and a small salad (arugula, tomatoes & primal kitchen dressing)! How are you doing so far today?

WHOOHOOO!! Here we go again! So excited for another round. I did the January bet and won so I just know this will keep me on track. Spring is coming in the UK and we have just found out that all Covid restrictions should be completely gone by June so I am READY to get my mind and body right! Good luck everyone xxx
