  • 100lbs lost!!! I literally couldn’t have done it without DietBet. I don’t even recognize the girl on the left. She is dead to me and I’m not going back.

Wow Anna….100 pounds in a little over 1 year is amazing! Congrats again!

brits5

That's amazing! Congrats!! Working towards that goal now. It can be really intimidating with such a large amount to lose but I am soooo happy for you! Gives me confidence to push through. Thank you for sharing and keep up the good health!!

  • Hi friends! It's time for our Round 2 weigh-in!

    * Please be sure to submit your Official Weigh-In, with both your full-body photo and scale readout, and not just a Progress Weigh-In.

    * You have 48 hours to weigh-in, and can re-use an approved weigh-in from another game within 48 hours.

    * Be on the lookout for a notification saying your weigh-in was received and another saying it was approved. Check Alerts or Notifications in the upper right - depending on your notification settings, you might not receive emails. There are a lot of weigh-ins so please be patient and they will be approved as fast as possible!

    * If you run into any trouble with your weigh-in, consult our 2022 Game Changer Transformer FAQs or reach out to support@dietbet.com.

    * Even if you didn't make this goal, you only miss out on the half of the monthly pot awarded this round. You still have a chance at other rounds, the game prizes, and the overall game pot!

    * All winnings will be awarded at the end of the game. We're in this for the long haul!

All of you - winners of this round or not - should be so proud for making this commitment! Congratulations everyone!

Lara - you click on weigh in, like you are going to do a regular weigh in. Then, if you have an approved weigh-in within the last 48 hours, the app should automatically suggest to you "hey, do you want to use an approved weigh in".

Sick with covid and just missed it. I hope I can get my strength back and get on track eating wise.

  • CRAZY hip deep snow. We broke trail on snowshoe took us almost 2 hours to go less then a mile…according to my Fitbit I burned 1105 calories?? That’s crazy. But the snow was HEAVY and sinking meant falling. It was tough but fun!

NSV...My clothes size is in the single digits. A year ago I was almost 300lbs and now I can wear a size medium in clothes and a size 8. It's not always easy but it's worth it.

  • It’s been awhile since I’ve hit all of my activity goals. This feels like a victory in itself! Anyone else love their Fitbit?

I’m curious, how many days a week is everyone exercising? I’m averaging about 3 times a week and it’s mostly on the weekends. Is that good enough? When work isn’t so crazy, I can get more workouts in during the week, but lately that hasn’t been the case. I really stress that it’s only 3 times a week, is it that bad? Since Jan 1st, I’ve lost 12 pounds. That could be better too right? These are the things that go round and round in my head 😞

I’ve lost same……Always been an active person but if you tend to feel the more u exercise, the more you’ll lose, I personally feel that if you just keep moving as much as possible ( normal things like cleaning, chores etc.) and exercise 3-4 days a week, you may have more success on scale…I’m saving my serious weight training for AFTER weight loss..I do light weights on the days I exercise.

You are doing great! The factor we have the most control over is nutrition and that is the most important.
