  • Roasting some veggies for my chicken orzo salad for the week. It will be interesting to see how I do in between this diet bet. While I do allow my self some things I don’t usually eat while on the bet I’m not trying to gain all my weight back. I’d like to maintain my weight till the next diet bet that is my goal!!

Just went shopping for a healthy weekend menu. Trying some new recipes. Marry me butter beans tonight with baked cod! Salmon and honey carrots for Saturday and Halloumi cheese toasty with orzo salad for Sunday!! Set yourself up for success and it will happen!! I’ll post some pics this weekend!

  • Last week of our game and we've already lost over 4000lbs which is AMAZING! Proud of all of you & despite the number on the scale you're already winners in my book just for being here for your health! It's going to be a close call for me personally, but I'm not giving up & still giving it my all! How's everybody feeling?

I like to snack on grapes and buy things like almonds in 100 calorie snack packs so i can always try to make sure i portion and grab for the right things!

Good morning friends! Happy Valentine’s Day! Very frustrated here! I did great in January. From when I started a few days prior to dietbet to end lost about 13lbs. This month, nothing. Ive had covid the last week. Finally negative. But I was still eating high protein, low carb, low fat. Low sodium. Drank my water.
I haven't added any exercise yet as both my knees need replacing. I do want to try something low impact like just walking around my property.
As far as food. I'm thinking I need to change it up. Any suggestions on what is working for you?? I'm so determined to lose 100lbs more!!!

  • I’m following a Mediterranean lifestyle and fish is an important part of it. I don’t ever eat it! Last diet bet I tried salmon and loved it and this diet bet I tried halibut and I also enjoyed it. It has been great introducing new protein into my recipes! Honey roasted carrots and the dressing was avocado oil, lemon, garlic and sumac. Sumac is amazing on salads if you have never tried it!

Sumac is a spice that is in this salad that I love. It’s called fatoosh salad. I usually get it from Mediterranean or Lebanese restaurants it’s tangy very good. Then I watched some tik toks on how to make the salad now I make it my self.
