SO I thought I was doing well, eating right, minus a small slip in and there, I even felt like I was getting slimmer ... I step on the scale this morning and some how have gained 3lbs!!!! I just wanna go get that ice cream and that burger that I have been avoiding in order to lose the weight ... if im just gonna gain it! ugh ill pick myself back up but had to vent. :/

I was feeling frustrated about weight gain this past weekend, too. So, the past two days, I've been drinking more water and doing significantly more exercise. The scale is going down quite a bit this week. So, I'm now about a pound down from Feb. 19th. :smiley:

Progress is not always linear. You can do this!

  • I'm glad that I was two pounds less than my goal for this DB yesterday morning. Because last night, I overindulged. I'm still frustrated and disappointed that I gave into old impulsive eating habits, though. So, I'm trying to focus on making healthy choices for today at each opportunity.
