Non-scale victory of the week!
I am taking the time to have cut up vegetables in baggies in the fridge to grab when I need a snack. I’ve been getting on my exercise bike every day, even if only for 10 minutes. I’m trying to drink more water, which is hard at work, but I’m taking a water bottle with me wherever I go. I’m feeling good!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had a cinnamon roll with my kids this week. I wish I would’ve had better will power & not eaten it.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
This week I want to get started back on my treadmill. I’m going to work on increasing my water intake & getting to sleep earlier. I’m going to continue to have healthy snacks when I come home from work at 930pm and try to resist the urge to grab some chips or sweet when I get home. When I’m tired, I have to have extra willpower to make good choices & not blow all of my hard work.
