My goals are to consume more water and start back up with weekly walks

Mixed nuts are a good go to. And depending on any dietary limitations, I'm also a fan of triscuits and cheese slices. I get the whole grains and the protein.

Having go to meals and snacks prepared ahead of time. Sticking to a routine.

I agree with having healthy options prepared ahead of time! I started portioning out freezing healthier meals for the days I don’t feel like cooking. I’m also putting post it notes all over the place as to why I want to make some healthy changes
